• Regarding cases in which products are not returned:

o Products whose serial numbers have been tampered with or removed.
o Products without price tags, stickers, original packaging, or missing any of their accessories.
o Return and exchange do not include packaged fats and oud.• You must carefully handle any products you wish to return. In addition to not using them, they must be preserved in their original form. You must also return the gifts and samples that were provided with the order. We do not bear responsibility for any losses or damages that occur to the products while they are in your possession, and in this case we may reject your request for return or exchange.• If a product is delivered that is wrong, damaged, or does not match your order, the purchase price of the product will be refunded. In all cases, you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us as quickly as possible in their original form.
